Window Cleaning Technician – Experienced
Job Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for performing window cleaning, and all the other services we offer, for residential and commercial clients.
Main Duties:
Window Cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, working at heights, completing daily paperwork, keeping trucks clean and organized, caring for company tools and equipment, cleaning of Sunco shop and office area.
Core Competencies:
Always arrive to work on time, follow directions, safely drive company vehicles, complete jobs on time, use GPS navigation tools, professionally interact with clients, maintain good personal hygiene, work alone or with others, use common sense reasoning abilities to solve problems, accurate use of basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of both whole numbers and fractions), upsell or add on of additional cleaning services to clients, acquiring new clients for the company, use time management skills, find and use the most efficient way to complete jobs.

A good attitude and work ethic.
Desire to be trained and learn the job appropriate skills.
Willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
Ability to communicate clearly with fellow workers, employer, and clients.
Job Requirements:
Legal U.S. citizenship, or legally permitted to work in the United States of America.
Possession of a valid driver’s license.
High School diploma or equivalent.
2 years of full time Professional Window Cleaning Experience
Pay:
DOE (Can make % of revenues)
