Dave
Owner/Founder
Dave brings over twenty-five years of experience to Sunco, having jumped into the industry in his forties when he decided he could do what his younger brother was doing, so he bought the tools, strapped ladders to his van, and got to work. As a business owner, he takes pride in seeing his employees grow, succeed, and earn well while delivering smiles to customers. Family is what Dave values most. He’s a proud father of five and grandfather of eight, and he does his best to keep up with all of them as they grow and become active in their own lives. Following his grandkids’ activities and milestones is one of his greatest joys. Outside of work and family, Dave enjoys boating (though his boat doesn’t currently run), jeeping (when he can get back into the woods), hiking, and staying fit. He also has a great appreciation for food. He enjoys a wide variety but says a perfectly cooked steak tops the list. With a sweet tooth to match, he’s quick to admit that just about any baked treat could be a close second.
Dave is professionally certified in OSHA 1910 Safety, DOT Training, Respiratory Training, Environmental EPA Training, Roof Top Training, Solar Safety, Chemical Safety, First Aid and Ladder Safety.

Barry
Lead Window Cleaning Technician
Barry entered the industry ten years ago following a poker night at a window cleaning shop, where he promptly started working the following week. His passion lies in delivering exceptional customer service, which he cherishes most about his job. Known for his loyalty and availability, friends affectionately describe Barry as someone who can be a little bit pouty *insert laughing face emoji*. In his leisure time, Barry is actively involved in his local church and enjoys the bustling life with his wife and two teenage daughters. Monthly poker games and cribbage sessions add to his social repertoire. “I can fix just about anything; if I don’t know how, I’ll figure it out. And I absolutely love tacos!” Barry’s culinary favorite, however, remains glorious bacon.
Barry is professionally certified in OSHA 1910 Safety, Respiratory Training, and Solar Safety.

Ben
Window Cleaning Technician
Ben embarked on his journey in the industry nearly a decade ago, starting as a high rise window cleaner. His greatest satisfaction comes from delighting customers and receiving positive feedback. Despite considering himself an introvert, Ben thrives on building meaningful relationships with clients. Joining Sunco over three years ago has provided him with a profound sense of community. Outside of work, Ben enjoys snowboarding and skateboarding. He treasures traveling with his wife and their dog, creating memories along the way. He finds joy in watching comedy, and sketching is a passion, a talent that complements his determined, loyal, and compassionate nature, as described by friends.
Ben is professionally certified in OSHA 1910 Safety, Respiratory Training, Environmental EPA Training, and Solar Safety.

Jesse
Window Cleaning Technician
Jesse has been in the industry for fifteen years, getting his start at just seventeen when he answered a Craigslist ad for a window and pressure washing job. Hired on the spot, he’s been building his skills ever since. What Jesse enjoys most about his work is being outdoors, staying active, and, of course, making friends with the cats and dogs he meets along the way. His friends would describe him as loyal, hardworking, and dependable, qualities that shine through in every job he takes on. Outside of work, Jesse’s interests include cars, computers, and gaming (especially Minecraft). A creative at heart, he also loves building and making things, from woodworking projects to custom stickers. Jesse graduated from the University of Washington in 2016 with a degree in geology, and when it comes to favorite foods, nothing beats a good pepperoni pizza.
Jesse is professionally certified in OSHA 1910 Safety, DOT Training, Respiratory Training, Environmental EPA Training, Roof Top Training, Solar Safety, Chemical Safety, First Aid and Ladder Safety.
